Spain Information &rules of conduct

Age Limit

You must be at least 18 years old to visit Starby Spa. We reserve the right to ask for identification.

Young people: Children who are 14 years old or older pay full price and are welcome to visit any day when accompanied by a guardian.

Children from 3 years - 13 years: You are welcome to visit the pool area on all our open days between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but you are not allowed in the relaxation area, treatment rooms, gym, or sauna.

Children under 3 years old: For the safety and well-being of all our guests, we do not allow children under 3 years of age in our pool areas. Young children may have difficulty understanding and following safety instructions in a pool environment, and the risk of accidents is greater for the very youngest. We appreciate your understanding and ask for your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Diaper-free children: Children over the age of three who are out of diapers are welcome to enjoy our pool area during the specified times. Being out of diapers is an important milestone and a requirement for access to the pools, as it reduces the risk of sanitary issues and keeps our water clean and fresh for all swimmers.

We appreciate your help in following these guidelines and look forward to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for the whole family. Together, we will ensure that Starby Spa continues to be a haven of relaxation and well-being.

PLEASE NOTE! It is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure that noise levels are kept low, as our spa is a place for relaxation.

Does it include a spa?

As a hotel guest with one of our spa packages, or if you’ve added spa access to your reservation, you’ll have access to the spa during the specified time. However, if you’ve booked only a room and breakfast, or a hotel package without spa access, spa access is not included. But you’re more than welcome to purchase it on-site—just speak with the staff at the hotel front desk, and we’ll be happy to help you!
