All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature. For best results, we recommend keeping the windows closed. There is also a pedestal fan in every room.

During the conference, bags can be stored in the conference room until check-in. Please contact the front desk.
All payments at the hotel are made by card. We do not charge rooms in advance to make check-out easier and thus avoid lines.

All of our rooms are on the ground floor. The restaurant is located right next to our rooms. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in our historic main building, which dates back to 1914. Conference rooms are located on the ground floor in an adjacent building.
We have toothbrushes for sale at the front desk. Of course, we also have menstrual products, shoe polish, razors, and other little odds and ends.
Dogs are only allowed in the guest rooms and may not pass through the restaurant or dining room; they are also not permitted in our spa area or its outdoor patio, both for allergy reasons and out of respect for other guests who may be afraid of dogs. When walking your dog, please use our hotel room entrance, which is accessible 24 hours a day.

Yes, we have super fresh and lovely water that is purified from Lake Vättern.
We offer the option to issue an invoice to conference guests or those with a group reservation of more than 20 people. If you’d like a billing address on your receipt, please feel free to contact our front desk, and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
All rooms are equipped with irons and ironing boards. The iron is in the black dresser in the hallway, and the ironing board is hanging behind the curtain.

It is available to book for the days that the spa is open in the morning.
It is only possible to add if you have already had a booked spa time with us, then an extra cost of SEK 95 / person will be added for the spa between 9.00-11.00.
This can be added directly at the time of booking to have guaranteed seats in the morning. But it is also possible to book at the reception.
Cats are only allowed in their rooms and may not pass through the restaurant or dining room; nor may they enter our spa area or its outdoor patio due to allergy concerns.
Cats must be transported in a carrier. The hotel provides food and a water bowl.

Young people: Children who have reached the age of14 years pay the full price and are welcome in the company of their parents every day.
Children from 3 years - 13 years: Are welcome all our open days between 09.00-12.00 in the pool area but are not allowed in the relaxation area, treatment room, gym & fire room.
Children under 3 years old: For the safety and well-being of all our guests, we do not allow children under 3 years old in our pool areas. Young children may have difficulty understanding and following safety instructions in a pool environment, and the risk of accidents is greater with the very young. We thank you for your understanding and ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Diaper-free children: We welcome children over the age of three who are diaper-free to enjoy our pool area during designated times. Being diaper-free is an important milestone and a prerequisite for access to the pools as it reduces the risk of sanitary problems and keeps our waters clean and fresh for all bathers.

Payment Terms: To guarantee your reservation with us, payment is due 14 days before arrival (2 weeks)—in accordance with our policy. This ensures a smooth experience for you as a guest and helps us plan your stay in the best possible way.
Cancellation Policy – Bed & Breakfast
You may cancel or change your reservation up until 6:00 p.m. on the day before your arrival. If you cancel after that time, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.
Package Booking
Payment Terms: To guarantee your reservation with us, payment is due 14 days before arrival (2 weeks)—in accordance with our policy. This ensures a smooth experience for you as a guest and helps us plan your stay in the best possible way.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or change your reservation until 12:00 p.m. 7 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made after that time will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.
Tip! Purchase cancellation insurance for 295 SEK per room.
Cancellation Protection:
Cancellation protection allows you to cancel your stay until 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival. You will receive a full refund for your stay, excluding the cancellation protection fee (295 SEK per room). If you cancel later than that, you will be charged 100% of the booking’s value.
Cancellation protection can only be added at the time of booking.
Optional Extras (Table Reservations, Day Spa & Treatments)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made later than that will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Holidays (New Year's Package & Midsummer Package)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations made later than that will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellation protection does not apply to holiday packages.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival.
Cancellation 2–4 weeks before arrival: If you cancel the entire reservation between 2 and 4 weeks (14–27 days) before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: If you cancel later than 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation of individual participants: Individual participants may be canceled up to 1 week (7 days) before arrival without penalty; after that, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
