Training Weekend with Taudien Training at Starby Spa - Vadstena
A fitness weekend that’s perfect for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or already work out regularly. With several concurrent classes to choose from, there’s something for everyone—from yoga and dance to running and functional training. The weekend also includes workshops and lectures to provide extra motivation and knowledge. Bring someone you care about and enjoy fun workouts, great food, and relaxation at the Starby Spa Hotel.
Taudien Training is a fitness travel company that focuses on providing you with an active and exciting vacation filled with joy and camaraderie. With many years of experience in both fitness and travel, they combine the best of both worlds through their fitness travel programs.
In Starby, we’ll be staying at a four-star hotel set in a beautiful garden complex near Vadstena castle. Training sessions will take place in the conference room, the park, and along the beach promenade, among other locations. After training, we enjoy the spa facilities, which include pools and a fire pit.
This includes:
- At least 14 training sessions & 2 lectures/workshops
- SPA admission, including a bathrobe, towel, and slippers to keep
- 1 night in a double room
- 2 lunches with soup, salad, and a main course
- 1 two-course dinner
- Option 1: 2 breakfast buffets
- 1 afternoon snack
- 1 welcome snack
Price
Price per person sharing a double room: 3,970 SEK
Single-room surcharge: 500 SEK

Until then, cancellations are free of charge.
